This is a photo of a large commission I just completed. It is oil on stretched canvas over a cradled wood panel. The painting is 3 and a half by 4 feet. I learned a lot through the process of working on this piece. My goal was to have a strong reminiscent feeling. I worked from a photo from 1967 of a son and his father playing football.
